These terms govern all interactions with the platform including data consumption, forum participation, and the use of provided interfaces for blockchain interactions. Use of the platform constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
2. Independent Status and Non-Affiliation
Shibarmy.io operates as a community-driven intelligence and media platform. The platform is not owned, operated, or controlled by any core development team associated with the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Users acknowledge that this platform is a sovereign entity. Any support for the ecosystem is performed as an independent third party.
3. Non-Custodial Interface Declaration
The platform provides a Graphical User Interface for interacting with decentralized protocols. Shibarmy.io never takes possession, custody, or control of any digital assets. All transactions initiated through the provided interface are executed directly by the User via their own self-custodial wallet. The platform does not facilitate the exchange of securities.
4. Sanctions and Geographic Restrictions
Users represent and warrant that they are not residents of, or located in, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other international regulatory bodies. Access to the platform from such regions is strictly prohibited. The platform reserves the right to employ geo-fencing technologies to enforce this restriction.
5. Limitation of Liability

The platform shall not be held liable for any financial losses, smart contract exploits, or technical failures resulting from third-party protocols.
