1. On-Chain Transparency
The platform utilizes public blockchain data to facilitate the ranking and merit systems. By connecting a wallet, the User acknowledges that their public address and associated transaction history are permanent records on the ledger. Shibarmy.io does not possess the ability to alter or delete on-chain data.
2. Information Collection and Use
The platform collects minimal data necessary for operational integrity. This includes public wallet addresses used as identifiers and email addresses provided during the Enlistment process. Email addresses are stored securely and utilized solely for system notifications and the future Dispatch newsletter.
3. Third-Party Analytics
Anonymous website traffic data is monitored to optimize performance and calculate the economic impact of the platform. This data is not sold to third-party marketing entities. Any data shared with partners is strictly aggregated and anonymized to protect the privacy of the Pack.
4. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Users may request the removal of their email address from the database by contacting HQ. However, on-chain identifiers (wallet addresses) cannot be removed due to the nature of blockchain technology. Users accept this persistence as a condition of use.
