CONTRIBUTOR STANDARDS
The purpose of this charter is to define the standards for those who contribute content to the community. We move away from the traditional model of passive consumption. Here, every participant is a creator, a builder. We value direct action and measurable impact over empty hype and pure noise.
1. Standards for Contribution
Content must serve the mission of the Pack. We do not tolerate low effort or repetitive noise. If you are creating a theory for Town Hall or a report for Dispatch, your work must offer a new perspective or real data. If your contribution does not add value to the community, it will be filtered out. We prize substance above everything else.
2. The Incentive Framework
We do not view creators as employees. We view them as independent contributors. The system is designed to reward those who increase the health of the community. If your work generates engagement that leads to verified burns or community growth, the merit system will recognize your impact. Your rank and your influence grow in direct proportion to the value you provide to others.
3. Intellectual Honesty
We demand transparency. If you are creating content based on a theory or a specific market trend, you must cite your sources. Do not present speculation as absolute fact. If your work is funded by a partner, you must disclose this relationship clearly. Misleading the community for the sake of individual gain is a violation of trust. Those who attempt to deceive the Pack will lose their standing.
4. The Path to Command
The ladder is open to all. Creators who consistently produce high quality work will find themselves elevated by the community through the Vouch system. As you climb, you gain more authority to curate the signal and contribute to the development of the platform. We are building a meritocracy where your reputation is the only currency that matters.
5. Community Autonomy
You own what you create. However, by choosing to publish within this ecosystem, you agree that your work is part of a collective effort to archive the history and future of this movement. We support creators who build, learn, and iterate. If you are here to build, you have the full support of the Pack. If you are here to shill, you have no place in this War Room.
